Seeing in the darkness


For this exercise you will need 4-6 pairs of socks, a pair of earplugs, a blindfold, and a dark room. 

Sit with your socks in a pile in front of you, bundled together in pairs. 

Put in your earplugs, and the blindfold on. 

Now, pick up one of the bundles of socks, and throw it over your shoulder. Without stopping to think about it, let your energy follow it to see where it lands. Do it with the rest of the socks. Then take off your blindfold and check your accuracy.
